In September 2025, we first invested in Prosper AI because the administrative burden in healthcare was impossible to ignore. We knew that voice AI could move beyond point tasks and appointment scheduling. Prosper affirmed that conviction. 

Its AI platform handles the messy, voice-heavy work that happens before and after a visit, reducing patient headaches and endless provider admin. Today, Prosper announced a $30M Series A with our continued participation. 

Why we’re doubling down: Since our initial investment, Prosper has grown 5× in just six months and now powers over 60 healthcare organizations supporting 150,000+ providers. They’ve coordinated more than $1.3B in patient care, showing that AI-native services can take on complex healthcare workflows end-to-end.

What we’re watching: Healthcare administration has long relied on disconnected calls, disorganized handoffs, and manual follow-ups. Prosper is building toward a new model fully coordinated by AI-native services, where more patients move from need to care, faster and with less friction.
