Sarah Codraro is the Chief Marketing Officer at Emergence Capital. Her focus is growing Emergence's brand and business so the firm can be the strongest partner to founders building in emerging business models, from seed through Series B.
Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, brand, and organizational transformation, working with B2B and B2C leaders to sharpen positioning, build teams, and evolve brands to drive business growth. At Emergence, she's applying that same approach: strengthening the firm's point of view, building out its content and event presence, and creating a marketing function that draws on what makes Emergence special while building what's next.
Before joining Emergence, Sarah was Head of Marketing at Salesforce Ventures, where she led the team responsible for the firm's full funnel growth through brand, content, events, and media. Previously, she worked as a fractional marketing executive, served as Head of Global Marketing at IDEO, and worked in business development at Pearlfisher. She also created Food By Design, an award-winning podcast about food and climate now included in Alice Waters' Edible Schoolyard curriculum.
Sarah holds a BA from Bates College.
