Patti Felin is the Director of Operations at Emergence Capital, where she owns the operational infrastructure behind how the firm works: the internal systems and knowledge base the team relies on every day, the team experiences that strengthen connection and culture, and the coordination that keeps people, priorities, and information in sync.

Patti is known for precision, foresight, and care in equal measure. She has a talent for spotting what the firm will need next and building it before anyone has to ask. That instinct has shaped her path at Emergence. Patti joined in 2019 as an executive assistant; today she leads operations across the firm.

Along the way she has orchestrated strategic initiatives, from launching the intranet to building the system Emergence uses to create, approve, and track events. Now she defines the operating calendar and owns the operational backbone that everything else runs on: the systems that support the platform team's work, the consistency and care behind LP experiences like the Annual Meeting, and the employee experience from a new hire's first day onward.Before Emergence, Patti spent five years at Bertram Capital, where she built her foundation in operations and executive support for two teams: a fifteen-person technology, design, and marketing group serving portfolio companies, and a subset of the investment team.

A Bay Area native, Patti brings the same foresight to life outside work, usually in the form of a detailed vacation itinerary or a running list of restaurants worth the reservation.
